On March 24, 2016 Post of Russia will issue three stamps dedicated to law enforcement officers who have received a high rank while on duty in the "Heroes of the Russian Federation" series. The stamps illustrate portraits of the heroes of the Russian Federation and the medal "Golden Star" with a composition that reflects the type of activity of each person on the background.

Hero of the Russian Federation is the highest title given for services for the state and people, associated with the commission of a heroic feat. Hero of the Russian Federation is awarded with a special medal "Golden Star".

Victor Adamishin (1962-1995) - Deputy Commander of the 1st company of the 2nd police operational battalion at the Moscow Police Department, police captain. He was awarded with the title of Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously) for courage and heroism shown during the counter-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus region.

Alexey Balandin (1961-2009) - Head of the operational and combat department "B" of Russian FSB, colonel. He was awarded with the title of Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously) for the courage and heroism in the performance of military duty.

Dmitry Serkov (1981-2007) - the commander of the assault team of the Special Forces "Vityaz", captain. The title of Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously) was awarded to him for the courage and heroism in the performance of military duty in the North Caucasus region.
